What I think is the best quality of Atlantic Forklifts & Parts Inc. is their incredible customer service. We have been using them for years and have rented several different truck lifts from them. I visited Atlantic Forklifts and Parts Inc. last year when I was looking into buying a new forklift for my business. I wasn’t sure what kind of forklift we might need as we were a new business and I hadn’t dealt with the warehouse for very long. The sales people at Atlantic Forklifts were incredible and very patient with my lack of knowledge. They asked me a multitude of questions about how we would be using the machine and even guided me towards renting a used forklift instead of buying until I was sure that I needed it full time. Since then, my business has grown, and we do need a forklift full time but we bought it from Atlantic Forklifts because of their incredible customer service and savvy staff!

Our company deals with wholesale foods. As such, we have several large warehouses where we are constantly moving and packing large food products. We use several forklifts and upon expansion, decided to upgrade. Our forklifts were breaking down daily and we were in a good place to purchase some new ones.
